How it works

The recipient books an appointment and shows the certificate code. Included services are already paid; any extra service is agreed separately. This page does not process online payments.

I travel to your home in Punta Cana, including Punta Cana Village, and Bávaro. I bring everything needed for the manicure or pedicure. Before confirming the visit, send me your location on WhatsApp so we can plan the route and travel time.

Where does the appointment take place?
I offer home service in Punta Cana and Bávaro. The location is agreed on WhatsApp; there is no studio open to the public.
Which currency are the prices in?
Base prices are in US dollars (USD) and are also shown in Dominican pesos (RD$) at the day's exchange rate. I confirm the total with you before the visit; home service is included.
How can I pay?
Payment is in cash, at the end of the service.
How long does a service take?
Each service takes about 90 minutes (1.5 hours). If you book a manicure and a pedicure together, the times add up.
What if I have a problem with a nail?
There is a one-week guarantee. Write to me within that time so we can review it and arrange a fix.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes. You can cancel or move your appointment from your account up to 5 hours before. After that, message me on WhatsApp.
How far ahead can I book?
The calendar is open for the next 3 weeks.
What is the difference between gel and extensions?
Semi-permanent gel adds colour on the natural nail. Reinforcement adds support; extensions add length. I help you choose based on your nails and the result you want.
Do you offer men's manicure and pedicure?
Yes. You can see the prices in the services list and book like any other service.
Do you work with acrylic?
No. I work with gel and gel extensions. If you wear another material, tell me when we arrange the appointment.
