• Data we keep: name, email, confirmed phone, appointment address, appointment history and language preference.
• Your phone and address are stored encrypted. Only you and Natalia's team can see them.
• We do not sell or share your data. We use it to confirm appointments, notify you and serve you.
• Your number is confirmed from your own Telegram or WhatsApp; Natalia does not see your messages.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your data by messaging Natalia on WhatsApp.
